Jane’s Addiction front man Perry Farrell actually created this sculpture of conjoined twins by using a body cast of his girlfriend, and snapped the cover photo after lighting his artwork on fire. It proved to be quite shocking for most retailers, who sold the album wrapped in brown paper.
