Following years of speculation, Ghostbusters III appears to be on the horizon. Deadline reports that director Ivan Reitman hopes to start shooting in the summer of 2013.

Unfortunately, Bill Murray has stood by his decision to not participate; however, Dan Aykroyd has maintained that the sequel will focus on a new set of Ghostbusters. No release date or time-table has been officially confirmed. (via Paste)
