The 2012 I Got Brains Fest will be taking place on August 10th and 11th in Blackburg, Virginia. The festival will feature approximately 50 bands taking the stage, headlined by acts such Planes Mistaken For Stars, The Menzingers, Into It. Over It., Bridge and Tunnel, Waxahatchee, Mountain Man, plus many more. The full roster is below.

The proceeds of the fest will be donated to Girls Rock! RVA.
